Christian Charron, the Firm's creator, has been representing Lenders since his graduation from Law School in 1996. His tenure was with one of the largest real estate firms on Long Island. Most notably as the firm's Accoun Manager for several lenders, he was personally responsible for a staff that processed and closed over 250 closings per month. He took this experience with him when he founded a general practice firm in 1999. Since its inception the firm grew at a staggering rate and the list of approved Lenders had increased yearly. In 2004 he decided he could better serve his clients by focussing only on real estate and the general practice portion of the firm wound down and Charron & Associates, PC was created.
